## **Where can I buy the Deeper Connect devices**?

## **Are there no monthly fees**?

To show our appreciation to our crowdfunding backers, who support us during this early stage of development, we are granting a free lifetime subscription with no monthly fees. In the future, there will be a monthly charge but all crowdfunding backers will be exempt for the devices they already purchased.

## **I bought multiple devices; does that mean I can have multiple lifetime accounts**?

Yes, each device will have its own account.

## **Is FREE lifetime VPN guaranteed**?

Yes, we are currently offering a free lifetime subscription to all our Indiegogo backers who have supported us during this early stage.

## **Can I pay for the device with PayPal**?

Indiegogo does not support PayPal. They support many other payment methods, including Credit Card/ Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

## **Can you lower the customs**?

We understand your concern and will try our best to help you by declaring a lower value on the device, so the customs fee will be reduced for our backers. We hope this helps.

## **Where is the Deeper Connect manufactured**?

Deeper Connect is designed at Deeper Network headquarters located in Silicon Valley, California. The hardware and raw materials were sourced from different countries and the device is assembled in China.

## **What is included in the box**?

* 1 US standard USB-C power source (5V 2A)
* 1 Deeper Connect set up manual
* 1 Ethernet cable

## **What is the annual output of the contracted factory**?

The present production capacity of this factory is 100,000 units per year.
