## **Are there no monthly fees**?

To show our appreciation to our crowdfunding backers, who support us during this early stage of development, we are granting a free lifetime subscription with no monthly fees. In the future there will be a monthly charge but all crowdfunding backers will be exempt for the devices they already purchased.

## **I bought multiple devices; does that mean I can have multiple lifetime accounts**?

Yes, each device will have its own account.

## **Is FREE lifetime VPN guaranteed**?

Yes, we are currently offering a free lifetime subscription to all our Indiegogo backers who have supported us during this early stage.

## **Can I pay for the device with my PayPal**?

Unfortunately, Indiegogo does not support PayPal. They do support many other payment methods including Credit Card/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

## **Can you lower the customs**?

We understand your concern and will try our best to help you by declaring a lower value on the device, so the customs fee will be reduced for our backers. We hope this helps.
