Device is setup in network but cannot access internet
Check that all ethernet cables are functional and the device can power on. Check the status of the LEDs
Power off the device and remove all cables. Remove the flash memory card and reinsert. Plug in the ethernet cables then the power cable. Wait 4-8 minutes until device starts up and try to access the internet.
Connect your Mini in the following way in your network:
Modem <-> Router <-> Mini <-> PC
This configuration requires a total of three ethernet cables to set up. Ensure you can connect to the internet first without your Mini (Router connected directly to PC) then connect your Mini into the network as shown. Connect the ethernet cables first and then allow 4-8 minutes for the Mini to start up. You may need to reset your Modem and Router as well when you change your network setup.
If you are able to access the internet with your Mini connected in the following configuration, visit 34.34.34.34 or 11.22.33.44 and send your device serial number. This will allow us to update the firmware and hopefully fix this issue so you can go back to your preferred network setup
